Lenavqes started in 2021 as a direct response to a gap in how organizations handle internal security awareness.

Most corporate training stops at a slide deck. Employees sit through a presentation, click through a compliance checklist, and move on. Nothing tests whether the knowledge sticks under pressure.

This platform takes a different approach. Every module is structured as an interactive quiz or scenario-based test — the kind of format that surfaces gaps in understanding rather than just confirming someone was present.

The content covers phishing recognition, access control decisions, incident response judgment, and vendor risk — specific situations business teams actually face.

Scenario-based testing

Each quiz presents a realistic business situation — a suspicious email, an unusual login request, a vendor asking for system access. Participants choose from concrete options, and the platform records not just whether they got it right, but how long the decision took.

This timing data often reveals more than the answer itself. A correct answer reached after 40 seconds of hesitation tells a different story than one answered in 6.

Feedback that names the problem

After each answer, participants receive an explanation tied to a specific threat category. Not "incorrect — the right answer is B," but a brief description of what the attack type was, why the wrong option was plausible, and where the reasoning typically breaks down.

Team managers receive a summary report showing which threat categories produced the most errors across their group. That data is available after each completed quiz cycle, not just at the end of a course.
